All Kuchingites will wait in anticipation on the opening of the new Council Negri building. A real iconic building for Kuching.
A real "terindak in the sky" to complement another new landmark, the convention centre," a giant butterfly in the woods".
Just hope that those responsible will maintain the building properly or else it will be just one ugly stain of the "terindak" in the sky.
PS: whatever we do, please do not demolish the original icon, Fort Margherita.
